The wrap around one of my mugs was cut off

I wasn't able to see the review before I ordered like stated

It wasn't easy to find the option to purchase a gift card. Had to do a google search of the website to find the link for gift card purchasing.

Ordering process is quick and easy. Website itself has far, FAR too many pop-ups. Constant distraction. Very discouraging

I was charge international fees 3 times. Once for the initial order, once to tip the artist, and once when I added in a mug. Everything takes so long compared to similar companies. My kids ordered a similar product from another product a day after I placed my order and it is already wrapped and under the tree. I paid extra to have mine expedited and it still hasn’t shipped. They did a good job on the picture but so did the place my kids ordered from. The added on mug just shipped and will get there ahead of the picture which will be a weird present having them show up at different times.

The portrait drop down options sometimes does not work on a mobile device. This makes it frustrating to shop. Also, you can’t fully read a title/description using a mobile device. Finally, there didn’t seem to be an option to add comments to the artist after uploading a file in case you wanted to request specific touch ups. Desktop version works better than mobile site.

Too many upgrade offers.

I ordered an canvas and the add ons came up. Somehow the mug add on was the only thing in my cart twice. I started again 3 time from email that said artwork was ready to review.
