They want me to approve the artwork using an order number, which they never provided. I don’t know how much this will hold things up, but it hasn’t been a great experience and I’m concerned my gift won’t arrive in time for Christmas. Won’t be buying from them again.

The process is confusing. I'm hoping that I ordered what I intended and will receive it. I do love the product...the photo turned out wonderful on the approval link. But, the process is not clear...I'm assuming the cart at the end are additional items. Then, at the end I added a tip for the artist and it asked if I wanted the order expedited. I thought it was a good idea since the process took longer than expected, but I'm assuming it just expedited the tip (from what it said).

My order was to be finished yesterday and have received no update.

I can’t view my order before placing it. I can’t add the discount code for my first order. I received a surprise code that last only for 2 hours. I was able to add that one. I also had trouble adding multiple items for the 4 dogs and couldn’t add a comment for each

Website wouldn't accept my payment method, had to go through Paypal. No customer service number to call to ask questions.

The first proof I got for approval the heads on the bodies looked wrong. It looked like they had string necks. I said that in my comments and sent new pictures. I also let them know the dogs were on different sides of the new picture but I hoped they would maybe refer to the original order for reference, silly me. They sent the new print for approval with the dogs heads on wrong bodies. I told them the heads were on the wrong bodies and then sent the original pictures again hoping to maybe help them maybe refer back to original order. It again came back with the wrong heads on the wrong bodice. I many times tried contacting the company through the contact us area of website asking them to call me so I could possibly explain better what I was seeing. No one ever called. I then emailed customer service and explained everything in my email. I got a response of we do not call people and the would send another proof to approve. I did get another proof and I did accept it but it still doesn’t look like all the pictures they have online they show. The other thing that got me is forcing me to leave a tip. I could not finish my acceptance of my picture without leaving a tip or having to look at other things they have for sale. What happened to leaving a tip because you wanted too and because you felt they did a fantastic job. You are now forced to give tips even when not 100% happy with what you are getting. That stinks. People don’t owe anyone anything. You do a good job it’s is a privilege to receive a tip. You are already getting paid. Stop forcing people too leave a tip!!
