The artist did a wonderful job. The customer service is on Par. One of the pets did not get added and I sent the picture in with my email and they corrected my order right away. I would highly recommend this company.

The company’s customer service is top notch. I ordered three pet portraits. I had changes I needed to make to two of them and the customer support specialists were very prompt and detailed in their feedback to me, which resulted in portraits that are exactly what I wanted. A huge thanks to the whole team.

Excellent customer service! I have had a total of 5 portraits done by them and everyone has been thrilled. Having another two female dog portraits done as “Thank You” for my visit to New Zealand. Perfect gifts!

The site was super easy to use. Also, color and font or website is easy on the eyes.
