All was well excepting changing out pictures. I had to leave site and start over each time I wanted to change the selected picture. Other than that it was a smooth process.

Very easy process. 1st draft came back quick. Review process was simple and changes were done quickly and exactly as described. Printing and shipping took about one week longer than expected but product delivered looked professional, artwork clear and well done. Very happy. Cannot wait to see my daughter's expression when she receives it.

It would have been helpful to be able to review the photo uploaded with the selected theme. This would give the buyer a chance to change their picture before submitting.

Great speed and good quality in the end - they received feedback and made some adjustments per my comments on the first try. While the photo editing isn't a 'dead-on' match between the photo of the pet and the painting-style background (which is a little fuzzier), I'm still very satisfied with the speed and quality for the money.

Great user experience in ordering. Would recommend artwork review send more reminders or use text messaging to link into art and approve. Did not see first reminder in e-mails and when did see it was cumbersome to get into review as you had to supply order #. Make this process more fluid and you are golden.
