Honestly I don’t know how it turns out. I can’t get anyone to respond to my questions about my order. It’s been 3 weeks I paid for the queue jump and I haven’t even seen a draft design yet. Prob would be better if they would respond

I have been unable to get any response to my emails over a week after ordering and at this point I just want my money back. I am not sure why I can't get a response. Please just give me my money back this sucks and I want to go buy a gift from someone who will value me.

I currently cannot speak for their products. I can say I placed an order 14 days ago. It is still "processing". I'm still waiting for a preview of the artwork. I sent an email 2 days ago asking for a time line, as this was being purchased for a Christmas present. I have not heard back. It seems this company has a great idea and concept but are not customer service ordinated. I will be requesting a refund if I continue to hear critics.

I placed my order a week ago and I have not received a proper confirmation email. I have received something that barely acknowledges that an order was placed, its main purpose however is to market more products. I have received nothing but marketing emails since I placed my order and none of the emails confirm where my order is up to or what the next steps are. I find the constant marketing emails off putting also. Obviously I can’t comment on what the finished product will be like but in terms of customer experience so far, I’m not very impressed.

I have been asked two or three times to review, although I have not received the final product yet so I can only base this on how things have gone so far. I will preface this by saying that I completely understand this is the holidays and a busy time of year. Having said that, when I placed my order, the website indicated that I was well within the timeframe to receive my order before Christmas, and that I should see a proof within 9 to 10 days. It’s now been 16 days, I haven’t seen anything, nor have I received any kind of communication explaining where things are. At this point I have assumed that there is no way possible I will receive this in time for the Christmas holiday, which again could be understandable, but considering that I am now well beyond the expectations that were originally given to me, it would’ve been less upsetting if there was at least some communication explaining what was going on. If you are going to tell people to expect something within a certain timeframe, and that deliverables will be given within a certain timeframe, if that expectation is not going to be met than I feel like there should at least be some communication to that regard explaining where things are.

Ordered three large format canvasses on here separate occasions First one was done well, and we loved it! Precipitating the other two orders. Since then, lackluster. Order two was placed on December 3, status is still “sent to artist”. It has been stuck there for weeks. I sent a message to customer service and got a rather generic answer on December 16, stating their targeted production timeframes and assured my order would meet them (except it won’t, it can’t, because they had already violated their timeframes as of the day of that email). Since, there has been no communication. I have sent several follow-up inquiries with no response. My order will now miss Christmas. Which leaves a 10 year old girl without a gift. Who knows when, if ever, I will see the third order. Buyer beware.

Where is my package, I ordered weeks ago and still have not herd or seen the picture for approval

I would like to give a good review but I have not received my item yet nor have had any contact regarding its delivery .
