Save your money. There are other things out there. Cartoonists for example. Unlimited redo's just isn't true here. They don't wait for your approval either. I have a very expensive picture of my cat that looks like my kid was learning photo shop. If my kid was 5. Firewood. And crickets from them after I spent $1,000 with them over black Friday weekend. Never, Never again. And I warned them if they didn't fix that canvas I would give them a 100% honest review for each of the 4 things I commissioned. Now it's Christmas and they sent the one to another company, which is ok if they fix it, but now they won't answer emails. Either company! Stay far away! Not worth the brain damage. Your kids can probably do the same thing on their computers.

Ordered on 12/7...have received about half a dozen emails to order more things but don't even know what's happening with this one. It says you'll get a preview in 10-14 days. Have not received anything. Went to look up my status and it says my order doesn't exist. Went to click track order on the confirmation email and comes up blank, but yet the charge is through.

When I received my portrait it had lines all throughout it like they were running out of ink. I emailed the company and still haven’t received any response.

After 3 attempts to have a minor change made, there has still been no word from Crown & Paw. An email was responded to by a computer with another 48 hr delay. This was supposed to be a small adjustment which this company cannot seem to make correctly. I would not recommend using them especially if you're looking for a gift to be delivered in a timely fashion.

I emailed inquiring about my order days ago because when I checked it, it said it did not exist. I still have not heard back with any updates on my order, and got asked to do a review for something I don’t even know is going to be fulfilled.

The picture was sent to me for approval and in all honesty, my 9 year old could have done a better job copying and pasting a picture of my dog over an astronaut. I asked for a refund, and was told after it has been submitted to an "Artist" that refunds are not available. I find this business to be a complete scam and waste of money and customers should be given the opportunity to receive a refund if the level of service received does not meet expectations. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

Not very happy. No shipping details despite ordering over 3 weeks ago and keep getting emails to review site Instead of order being made promptly and shipped in time for christmas I received more emails to purchase extra items. This is just wasting customers time when none of the items currently look likely to arrive in time for christmas:( Would rather have purchases sent in timely fashion

The communication with this company is poor. I purchased three mugs. I attempted to change the photo on one of the three mugs more than twice. I was unaware that there was a policy against this. I looked through the website, all written correspondence, and the terms of service but was unable to find such a prohibition. I sent an email to their support line (as there is no telephone number) and I was informed that I could not change the photo without paying a new service fee of $10.00. I responded to their response and asked where this policy was located. They have not responded to that email or any of my subsequent follow up emails over the course of several days. I will not use this company again.
