Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Well so far my experience was awesome...ordering was easy and the review of my item happened in 24 hrs which was fast.

I placed my order on 11/16 for a throw pillow. My artwork was ready on 11/19 which I approved. I was impressed with the image so I placed a second order for another pillow with a different pet. My second order shipped over the Thanksgiving weekend but my first order is still in the queue for printing. I sent an email to customer support address. I was annoyed that I did not hear back and gave them a bad review but it seems they did respond in a timely fashion (email went to my spam folder). The issue was resolved and my product has been shipped. They supplied me with all the tracking info. Problem with thinking that they did not communicate well was unfounded. I would be happy to order from them again. I have edited this review to reflect the resolution of this issue.

Cute idea for a throw pillow, Can't wait to see how it turns out.

The order process was simple & the quality of the product was wonderful. It is a little bit expensive.

The support team is excellent answered all my questions promptly, artwork is fantastic/finished product is high quality

Very easy to use website

Website was well laid out and easy to use.

I just received my first Crown & Paw purchase (a 16x24 canvas) and it came out beautifully! The entire process was simple & quick: from uploading my picture, to receiving a proof, to the delivery. I will absolutely purchase again in the future.
