Hello, I’m a little dissatisfied with my experience so far. I paid extra to get ahead in the queue line and it still hasn’t even been sent to the artist yet! I placed the order on 12/11 and today is 12/23 and still nothing. I was really excited about these. I don’t even mind that they would be shipped after Xmas but was hoping to at least have the proofs. It’s been over 10 days.

I'm still waiting to hear from them for the design approval. It has been 9 days since I made the order and it said it would take maximum 9 days to hear from them, i am hoping today is the day!

Love the idea, so far I hate the execution. I understand things take longer due to Christmas and/or covid. Unfortunately we placed an order 12 days ago and we have heard nothing! Ive send them an email with the question what is happing with our order, guess what. Still nothing! However they have send us now 3 emails to rate their services. I just really hope we hear something soon and the end result it worth it.

Initial contact and ordering was great and easy but I haven’t heard anything at all since that. I wish there was better communication on my portrait. I am trying to find out if it being worked on and how much longer before I receive a draft of it. Please contact me. Thank you. Lisa J

The customer service and process from purchasing to receiving the product has been less then acceptable. It took 2 weeks to receive my artwork for approval and it was only available after asking about the artwork. I approved my artwork immediately. The images were vibrant and wonderful. After that, a customer service representative told me that my product was in the process of being printed. After multiple emails to Crown & Paw, I received no feedback. The tracking site showed no updates on my items. As of right now, it still says "Sent to Print." I received my products yet never received any tracking information for my product. I only received a tracking link 5 days after my items arrived and I only received that link because I had emailed multiple times with no response. Customer service took a full week to respond. Once my items arrive, the images were dull and some were wrinkled. I would say that the product was worthy of 3 stars but the awful customer service and lack of tracking and communication warrants a 2 star review. I will not be using Crown & Paw in the future and will suggest any other people look elsewhere for a similar product.

This company is a joke. Paid extra money for expedited services, started emailing when my order didn’t even begin creation for 10 days. First they were telling me everything would be fine, then they started saying I should understand that everything is delayed- but they never told me that in the beginning. I wanted a refund, because after Christmas, this order wouldn’t be useful to me anymore. They said they would refund a small part of my order for the delay, and then I had to ask two more times to make that happen- and then it was only a percentage of what they said they would give back. Ultimately, arrived later than promised, from a customer service team that can’t compile a straight answer and doesn’t live up to their promises. Several of the emails came composed oddly, with grammar suggesting I might be dealing with an overseas team. Which would also explain why they only respond to emails in the night, along with other oddities of a crap experience.

Very painfully slow customer support responses. Ordered my item in November and it is due to be delivered on Christmas Eve. This is after reaching out multiple times to make sure it would arrive on time. Since I will be leaving Christmas Eve morning, I will not be able to gift it on Christmas.
