We received our holiday sweatshirt in a timely manner, but the dog pictured is not ours. Good luck to us getting someone to address this issue. There is no phone number for customer service. Six emails have gone with no response. I suggest shopping somewhere else where customer satisfaction & service are considered part of the business model.

I’ve gotten the same e-mail 3 times asking me to reupload the same pictures. It’s clear they have no intention of completing this order in a timely manner. Currently trying to get a refund, but their customer service is a joke.

This is the worst customer service EVER here I sit three days before Christmas an I cannot get one single person to respond. Ordered two pictures it is all I had to give to my out of state family. No phone numbers nothing. If they cannot deliver by Christmas then they need to let us know so we can cancel and do other arrangements for gift. Now I have to put out the expense and time and mail them once they arrive. Crown & Paw the is just not right!!! I will never order again.

This is my second order with this company and definitely the last. After ordering two Christmas sweaters on November 27th it is now three days until Christmas Eve (12/21) and my product has not even been printed. The first design they sent was of much worse quality and detail than example photos. After asking for a fix they quickly responded with a sloppy fix that completely removed my pets whiskers and fine details. I rejected the revision and asked to have the original design printed and sent on the morning of Wednesday, December 8th so that it would at least arrive before Christmas even though it's not perfect. After no response for 5 days they tell me my ordered color is now unavailable. I respond on the same business day to send it on another color ASAP to arrive for Christmas. 9 days have passed since then, I have sent several emails asking to please print my order. C&P has ignored me and my order since then until today, again to tell me that my ordered color and second choice are now sold out. 26 days after I adjust purchased it. Unbelievable. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Well... the one item I received I love. The first item I ordered is still out there in delivery land. I have reached out to your company multiple times and still have not gotten a reply. I know once it leaves your facility you have no control, but your customer service could be better!

Horrible wait and approval times

Don’t do it. You will never receive your product and it’s impossible to reach anyone. Check out all the complaints on BBB. How this company is still in service is beyond me.
