Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Let me first say that my husband LOVED this gift. I ordered the largest size for a canvas portrait. The picture provided on the site was not how the picture arrived. Just be aware that a good 2 inch border of the photo shown is used purely as the side of the canvas and will be cropped out of the view. I ordered the Hobbit "Ringbearer" canvas and the flowers and Hobbit doorknob is completely out of view and is shown on the side of the canvas instead, so if I frame it, this will be covered up. The purple flowers added a pleasant contrast to the rest of the green in the photo bringing down the overall visual appeal. Please be aware the only way for this not to be cropped is if you order a flat item such as a blanket, mug or poster. Wish this had been clearer. Otherwise, very pleased with how it turned out.

I love the products and the quality of Crown & Paw. The only slight constructive criticism I have is, it would be nice to send as a gift which would include a gift message. Otherwise, everything is 5 star!

Have a directory, a title list option to scan through. You could use “court jester” or add even cartoon style options. Other than that, perfect.

Great product! I’m excited to see how it turns out. I was disappointed that I was unable to view a preview of how the print would look

Well the whole website and ordering process was very simple and easy, I am a little disappointed that the site's estimated times are not up to date. I also understand that it's the holidays, and that means things can be delayed, but I would've liked to have known before I placed my order how long the process was really going to take.

I’ve ordered a portrait from you guys before, the whole concept is great but what’s a little frustrating is that there’s all this Christmas marketing as potential gifts and Christmas sweaters, etc, but then you’re not told until check out that you won’t be receiving this stuff until well after Christmas, I think that information should be more forthcoming

Did not get a free preview of what the artwork will look like with my dog in the images. Mike

The site is beautiful. The only thing, and I may have just missed it, is a quick way to pull up a picture by name. A few weeks ago I was just browsing and I saw two pictures I liked. When I was ready to order I went to enter the name of the characters and I saw no easy way pull them up. Of course I scrolled until I found them but you have so many beautiful characters that took some time.
