My first order with Crown & Paw was great! I paid for priority to have my order placed at the front of their queue and I received it in just over a week after ordering. Quickly after, I placed a second order as a gift for Christmas. 10 days and two customer service emails later (still waiting on a response) and the order status says “Ordered.” Wasn’t able to give the gift in time which leaves me very dissatisfied. I can appreciate a busy holiday season but I feel irritated that both emails sent seem to have been ignored.

Ordered it in the end of November for Christmas and still have not received it as of 12-24. Checked the tracking and it has not even shipped. The company seems really nice though. Just wished I would of received it on time.

I placed my order before December 1, 2020 to ensure that it would arrive before Christmas. 2 weeks and 2 emails later, someone contacted me to check into the delay. I finally received an email to approve artwork on December 19th, which I immediately did. It’s now December 24th and it still hasn’t been sent to the printer. I understand how busy they are this time of year, but that’s why I started the process in November.

“Guaranteed by Christmas” my ass. I bought my design on the 3rd and was told it would be here in plenty of time however it was not. I received a design confirmation a little less than a week before Christmas and despite not loving the design too much, I accepted it because I did not want to wait another 3 weeks to receive a new design..... I needed it by Christmas. Very disappointed that I will not be able to give this gift to my family on Christmas morning like I was expecting.

I’m sure the artwork will turn out nice in person, but it’s been almost a month since i’ve ordered and it still hasn’t shipped. I understand it’s the holidays so it wouldn’t be that huge of a deal if I didn’t receive an email with a time frame of 9-10 days because of the amount of orders they had, yet it’s been 24.

I was very excited to receive my order, but it is taking forever to get the sample from the artist. I am sure the 2 canvas pieces I ordered will be beautiful, but I wish the process was not so delayed. I even paid for premium shipping and I have received no word from the company. Kinda bummed about it.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and paid extra for expedited shipping/production. Still have not seen a proof. Could’ve let me know it wouldn’t be here for Christmas before I dropped $120 in early December.

Since my order on Dec 12th I haven't received any news on the order status and when checking it by myself it says that it is "still being processed" (after 12 daysmy order is still at step 1...)
