Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I love all of the options provided but the product options are overwhelming. I wish that you could choose the image you like and then choose posters, canvas, etc.

Website is fine, wish there was more movie options, but copyright might be the issue

The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because it wouldn’t let me preview my picture before purchasing. It said I could but the area to click wouldn’t work. Other than that, it was a very easy and simple process

Good website easy to use

Use of their website could not be easier! It was set up for dummies, ha, so I had no problems placing my order. Now my fingers are crossed that the rest of the customer experience is as seamless and that my order goes swimmingly.

I had some difficulty following instructions in the ordering process. I am hesitant when following “tech directions” when I continued to have problems I asked for help and gave up for the night, today I received an email that offered me some help and a different page, that opened on the canvas choice. It was a great help and I was able to complete my order. I received a discount (no idea why) but appreciated it. I was impressed with the honesty and can’t wait to see my picture, it is a Christmas gift.

Great service, I shall return

This was a very good shopping experience. My only suggestion would be to give views of all options in a single scrolling rather than having to go to many pages. Thank you
