I ordered several prints at the same time, however, I was required to have the order number on hand along with my email to access each individual print. It took me awhile to find the exact email to find the original order number. The pictures though look fantastic and I can't wait to give them to my friends as Christmas presents.

A little more clarity on duration of design times vs shipping times vs production times would be helpful

Only complaint is to see a digital markup right away of what it will look like when finished.

This website is easy to use. The products look wonderful.

Everything looks great so far. I haven't gotten my order yet. It's a Christmas present for my Fiancé of our two beautiful furry cat kiddos. It was a bit pricey thus the 4 stars. I am hoping once I receive it and the quality is so impeccable (fingers crossed) that will make up for the price. But all the reviews online / YouTube including those outside of Crown & Paw affiliation seems super promising. Can't wait to receive my order.

The website is fairly easy to use, but when it says "preview" I thought I would see, WELL, a preview of what I was going to order. Instead all I saw was a picture of thier sample with the picture I uploaded next to it... not really the preview I was hoping for. I wasn't sure if the photo I uploaded had a good enough resolution, and I couldn't see it to check. I was able to send a note with it, which may or may not be taken into consideration? But with how much I'm spending on this, I really would like it to come out nicely! ETA: so they emailed the preview a few days after the purchase- which, ok there is a "preview", but it kind of defeats the purpose of a preview IMO- shouldn't you see it BEFORE you purchase? They DID ask for final approval- however if your email box looks like mine- yikes, I'm lucky I saw it! The final product came in the mail yesterday and I'm pretty happy with it, I was just very nervous with the whole start of this process! Make sure you give it plenty of time if you're a nervous gifter and are worried about that time crunch- I'd say it was about a 2 week-ish turn around. (This is right around Christmas so I'm sure they're a bit busier and shipping is a nightmare). So all that considered I'm going to change my rating from a 3 to a 4 star. Good luck and enjoy!

The website was easy to navigate and the search tool worked very well! Only issue I encountered was there was no option to upload more than one photo of my pet when ordering products. This would be useful as I feel it would be easier to get an idea of what the pets look like if you could include multiple photos. Also, ads for holiday specials/coupon codes were a little glitchy on mobile browser

The experience was fine but would have appreciated the opportunity to try different themes & see how they looked before I placed the order. It was a guess as yo which one I prefer.
