So far not so good. I'm trying to be patient but I'm getting pretty frustrated. I ordered mine on December 4th for a Christmas present and paid an extra $20 for it to ship faster. 18 days go by and I email them asking the progress, replied days later with a generic email about the holidays being busy, understandable. But this is when you hire more "artists" then, when it's the holidays. It took 23 days for them to even send me a proof to approve and they made my cat all gray and he has very little gray. That was fixed and it looks better, but it still hasn't even been sent to print and it's now been 25 days. I understand it's the holidays but paying an extra $20 when it's already $130, I expected a slight rush since the website says they do that. When I actually recieve a product, I'll revise my review on how it looks.

I paid for expedited creation of my painting. It has been 18 days and I have not received an e-mail. (I was told to expect one in 9-10 days) I was also charged extra tax for a county I do not live in......I ordered from here before with no problem. I am disappointed with this purchase so far.

The idea ist awesome and the order process was fluent but after payment and the order confirmation: nothing - just this reminder I followed to review crownandpaw.com and a newsletter to get a free digital download, I just paid $10 for, when ordering now. Oh thanks! But right now, 12 days after my order, not a single status update. I checked the "customer dashboard" after a few days and now regularly. My order is still stuck in "Ready to send to Artist" since the beginning. I assumed that before Xmas it will take some time but now I am disappointed that I could not even get a digital version to show my girlfriend.

Simply disappointed with the service and lack of communication from Crown and Paw after I placed an order on December 2. I knew there would be some delays with lots of Christmas orders coming in but I received absolutely no updates on my artwork or from crown and paw for weeks, even after a December 10 email stated that all orders placed between Dec 2-5 would be ready for customer review within 4-6 days, but I didn’t receive said ready for review until December 23, more than a week than when I was supposed to, and customer service conveniently didn’t respond to my request for update until after I had already approved my artwork. Needless to say my order did not arrive for the holidays, and it is now December 28 and my order as of now still has not reached the shipping stage of my order. I can only hope that the final product will make the experience worth it but based on my customer service experience I am in no hurry to be a return customer and would not recommend that others place orders around the holidays either.

I placed my order on November 22nd with the hope of receiving my order before Christmas. The company assured me that even with an international shipping address, this would be plausible. Unfortunately, that is far from what actually happened. On December 11th my order was finished and ready to ship, yet they didn't begin the shipping process until December 18th. It is now December 28th and my package hasn't even left the United states yet... I have encountered multiple problems throughout the ordering process, whether the artist gave incorrect directions of how to move forward, or the company gave a false timeline of when the product would be ready. The final product looks great online, but unless you order it 2 months in advance, I wouldn't count on your order arriving in time. Very disappointed.

Unreliable, I suggest just painting a portrait yourself. Product itself is awesome.

The 2 star I give for all the cute products, but the reason why I only wanna give a poor rating, is they have this option for you to pay extra, “to have your art work on priority” so it can be a bit faster, we ordered and got a confirm on Dec14, and we waited until Dec 26, the art work is not even confirmed with us,and email was not replied what is the point of having options for people to paid extra and think that it would be faster, I truly feel very sad that people like us are paying extra as well hoping the same thing, I do not recommend you paying that extra money to do that , just get the regular option and wait.

Paid for expedited shipping, have yet to receive my portrait. Not happy considering the price.
