This is a Christmas gift that needed to be completed as a timely basis. Once I received the first rendering, I address a concern regarding the blurring on the chin. I requested that the artist add some chin touch-up hairs to make the chin less blurry. Request took 2 days to process, I received the second draft and no change was done. No touch ups added to chin. it was the same exact picture of the first. If I knew this was the case, I would've just photo shopped this whole process my self. I'm extremely displeased and would like a refund if at all possible. As mentioned, this was time sensitive. Not only did we not get the edits we wanted, the chin is still blurry and now the shipment is late due to NO edit. NOT HAPPY ONE BIT Heni C.

The picture was horribly quality and immediately felt like I was scammed when I opened the package.. I requested a refund but I never got a response so I contacted pay pal. I hope this was just a bad situation and not the normal for this because if so y’all should be ashamed for the price you are charging.

I am past the expected review date for the art. I still have not seen or received an update on my order.

Literally THE WORST company! I ordered a gift A MONTH EARLY, and never got any updates. I kept reaching out because the shipping window came and went, and then TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS after I had send numerous emails, they tell me that there was an issue with the printing. So now here I am with no Christmas present to give. Never ever ever ever use this company!!!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed two orders on December 1st. It is now December 23rd and I haven’t heard anything about my order. I’ve gotten in touch with them three different times asking about it. Crickets…They never sent me a proof and apparently they aren’t sending me my three Christmas gifts. I’m not sure what happened because two years ago I ordered a gift here and it went smoothly.

Delays in artwork. Delays in shipping. Forced to reach out to support on multiple occasions for both artwork and shipping. Support did nothing to rectify shipping issues. Instead, Kat provided a false understanding of the shipping process. Took a week for items to get from facility to shipping conpany. Needless to say, despite ordering a month in advance, we did not receive our shirts in time. Money well wasted.

Very disappointed. Placed an order on 12/7. When I did not receive the email to proof the image, I tried to look up my order and it did not exist. Payment did process though. I emailed repeatedly only to get a response days later each time. This item was a gift, that will not be received until sometime in January if not at all. Crown and Paw Support- do better. You just lost a customer and will lose more if you do not improve your customer service skills.

I placed an order on 11/29, and it is now 12/24. I have not received a single update regarding my order, nor have I received a response to my emails asking for assistance. Meanwhile, I’ve received multiple emails with coupons and discount codes encouraging me to order more. I just want my original order.
