Very easy to do. Wish there was away to load multiple pics and then decide on one. Also wish there was away to see an unedited possibility pic.

I was able to request a change of photo and revisions with no trouble whatsoever, and ended up with a really fun/sweet/ridiculous/awesome photo of my pup, Sugar. Definitely recommend! Crown & Paw gets 4 stars (which is still great!) instead of 5 because rather than requesting tips for their artists (yes, I gave a tip!) - they should pay their artists an appropriate wage - one that reflects the amazing work they do in the crazy expensive world we live in.

The upload of the pet photo was easy which can be such a pain on other sites. Thanks for mobile OS optimization. My one criticism would be that the preview image, which I now know comes later in the process, should be more explicitly stated that you will get it later prior to entering information. I was expecting to see a preview prior to paying which seemed scammy until I did more research. Otherwise everything was good. Looking forward to seeing the final product

The communication is alittle delayed which could be somewhat frustrating.( giving Grace due to the holidays) The best results in this matter is to email directly!

Website is easy to navigate however if you go to the shipping tab it says US shipping times is 3-5 days and portraits are ready to preview in 1-2. However you then get an email that says your artwork will be ready for preview in 10-13 days. So. That feels a bit misleading.
