Ordered on 12/11/2020. Supposed to receive an e-mail to preview my item. January 3 and no e-mail to preview. Attempted to utilize site’s tracking info and received message no info on order.

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the customer service was fast and efficient. The order took 6 weeks to get here and I had to send 2 emails to the poor customer service people to get any type of status on its arrival. Once it got here, the blanket was low quality and light weight. The art was cute but it was for sure not worth the time, effort, or money. Do not buy from here.

Nice website, and seems nice but it has been way over the expected time to have the art sent and done by artist. I went and bought another one of these types of art pieces from a different service and they did it all within a week - and I am still waiting for Crown & Paw to get back to me. It has been about 3 weeks and the max amount of time was suppose to be 10 days.

I ordered a custom pillow 12/11. My confirmation email said that I would get a review email in 2-3 days. I have yet to receive anything. I emailed a few days ago and they said that the artists are working on it and I should get something soon. That was days ago and still nothing. This was a gift, I did not expect it by Christmas but did not expect it to take this long. They do not communicate what is going on but no problem taking my money.

I ordered two puzzles, each a Christmas present for a family member. When family member opened them, one of the puzzles was missing two pieces. Crown and Paw said that because it was outside of the 30 day guarantee window, they could not do anything to address the issue. It was outside of the window because it was a Christmas present. The pieces were in a sealed bag, so there was no way to check it without obviously opening it - not the norm for a gift. While I understand this, I did not expect to need to quality check a $70 custom puzzle. I would expect a product of this price to come with a decent guarantee. The pictures did turn out well and the items arrived on time. I would just recommend checking the product before gifting it to someone. 3/30/21 edit - Crown & Paw asked me to send a picture; I resent the picture that I originally provided for them in 12/30/20. They reiterated that it was past the guarantee window, but they understood a Christmas present may be different and would send a replacement. I have no idea why it took them four months to do this, but we will see if the replacement actually arrives. 4/2021edit - They did send a new puzzle and it had all the pieces. I was asked to update my review after the new puzzle was provided.

Not impressed right now. I paid extra for their scam of an “expedited” service where it can be delivered in as early as two weeks and my art JUST NOW got sent to the artist. Hasn’t even been drafted for approval. It’s been over three weeks. Highly doubt I’ll have it in the next two weeks either. Wishing I had chosen a different company.

I think it will be cute if it ever arrives... Ever step is dragging. I ordered a mug on December 9. The website clearly states 2-3 weeks for delivery time. That would be by today- at the latest. It is still waiting to be sent to the printer. I'm not sure why. It spent an unreasonable amount of time waiting to be sent to the artist as well. Just for the record, I approved the picture within 1-2 hours of receipt. Hope it's worth the wait....

Preview looks good but I ordered in November and still haven’t received item at the end of December. Would have liked to know it wasn’t going to arrive by Christmas. Still waiting, last I checked progress still wasn’t sent to printer.
