Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered 5 pairs of sox in November and only received 1 pair. Still waiting to hear back from customer service, but it’s Christmas Eve and they will not be here in time.

Horrible! We placed our order on 12/5/21. The proof or portrait never arrived. Today is Christmas eve. I have no gift to offer, thanks to this company. C&P has almost no customer service; and no phone number! Relentless in their marketing, but show no effort in executing a final product. Anxiety from start to finish.

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered weeks ago (before Christmas deadline) and haven’t received my order. Tried contacting the company (four emails, messenger and online form) and have had no response. Tracking message says ‘in transit’ for last few days. Was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Please do not waste your money.

Ordered on December 2, never received any info, never received the product, shipping info - nothing. Christmas is in two days and I have nothing to give now. Customer service has been very nice though - but I paid $100 over 20 days ago and I have no gift to give. Very disappointed as I will get a customized puzzle too late that is useless to me now and I have to go buy something else last minute. I expected at least a shipping notification once I reached out to customer service.

Ordered prior to Christmas with the understanding it would be there by Christmas. Instead, I've received no update on when it will arrive, nor when it will even ship. Just that it will ship, on a date that passed 10 days ago. I'll be happy to revise my review if I ever get the order, but at this point, I'm just out the money for a product that hasn't arrived on time despite a promised delivery date.

I never received my order and it keeps getting pushed back, after being told by a customer service rep that I would be getting a draft "soon" and the artists were just touching up some of the detailing. I also paid extra for expedited service so the fact that they've ignored all of my emails inquiring about completion date/delivery time, is unbelievable. This company is straight up a scam and I think all of their 'good' reviews are fake. If you look on their social media pages (which I'm kicking myself for not doing originally), it's ridiculously common how many people get their money taken, only to be ignored by customer service or just not receive goods. The lack of communication and customer service is appalling. DO NOT ORDER from this company regardless of how many instagram ads you see -- you will waste money on lies and empty promises.

Ordered a print over a week ago, haven't heard anything. The "expected completion date" has already elapsed, and now it won't arrive in time for Christmas. Sent a message to customer service, haven't heard anything back. Won't be using again.

I have been unable to get my purchase in a timely manner. I had to order the digital copy and make the picture myself for the Xmas present I was planning. I love the concept but I am disappointed with the timing and lack of communication
