I decided after I ordered that I wanted the next size up. I emailed and Rafael responded within hours! He created an invoice for the difference in price and I was good to go! I’ve ordered before this and will continue to buy gifts from Crown and Paw for all the pet lovers in my life.

Very user friendly website. Easy to navigate, looks very classy and fun. I love that there are many pictures of each product option, as well as easy to read reviews. As soon as I get mine in I will definitely be leaving another review (hopefully another 5 stars!).
