It was nice looking at the portraits, but I would have liked it to be organized a little better based on my specifications. For example, I chose Renaissance, female, single pet, propped canvas. I would have liked to have only seen Female Renaissance single pet portraits on canvases. As it is, Sifting through 117 pages was too much.

The quality is amazing- I have two other pictures from them. My only disappointment is the discount they give you after you order, I wish they’d apply it to your initial order! :)

Came when it was supposed to, though the site wasn’t updated to tell me when. I’m not sure I’m 100% pleased with how it turned out but that is on me because I approved it when I wasn’t 100% sure I absolutely loved one of the details. Otherwise everything went smoothly and I would recommend this company for sure.

Easy to use and convenient. I was a little unsure about the time frame for when I would receive my order (what is queue jump and does it mean I get it more quickly?) And really hoped I'd see a preview right away, but I can wait.

Mostly good, wish the backgrounds were more detailed.

This has been a fun experience. I love the ability to preview and give the artist feedback on what you are expecting. They seem to really strive to make your portrait exactly what you are looking for. I can't wait to see the final product!

I really like the product that you guys make, but the after-purchase marketing is a bit much. I'm aware of your existence, at this point, if I want any prints or anything animal-related, I will go to you guys. That does not mean I want to be bombarded with emails for the days/weeks/months following a purchase. if i want to make another one, i WILL come back

The only thing I would recommend on the website is not having to enter your order # as a log in, maybe just a traditional email and make your own password format.
