It was a little unclear that I couldn't pick the background right away and also that it would be a few days before I got the final proof. Also not sure that if I don't like the final proof my money will be refunded.

Problems with the artwork review process.

Unique gifts for pet lovers I asked for a round of edits that never came, but the options are really cute and the baseline art is great. I'm excited to see my sister's reaction.

I think the art looks amazing. However, the picture was pretty off-center. Everything else is great and I would probably order from you again, but I would want more detail taken in regards to centering. This was gotten as a gift to a friend that recently lost their dog so I wanted it to be perfect.

Did not know that they were going to charge me twice. I got an 8x10 art portrait for $49.91, then when my preview was ready, they charged me an additional $49.95 for the shipping and for the canvas. I wish they were more upfront about it in the beginning of my first purchase because then I would have cancelled my order. But they don't allow refunds either so that's how they really get you. Sorry, but I feel cheated an that they nickel and dimed me.

Website was OK. A couple suggestions: - higher definition photos of the sample paintings, and more of them please - option to view / filter by size of portrait - option to input animal colors and suggest a portrait based on color mix

I couldn't find a way to see which pet picture I actually selected after I selected it. There was a place to upload a pet pic for the left and for the right, but after I added the overall selection to the cart I did not see a way to see the pics I selected. I tried to create two options for myself and added them both to the cart for checkout and then tried to pick my favorite but there was no way to see which was which. I had to guess.

I placed 2 orders in a row, but hadn't received the 10% off email in between the orders. It would be nice to have that %10 off. i'm also hoping that someone will see that I wanted both orders to be 11 x 14. Thank you>
