Writing another review because I just finally heard back from customer service to have her say “we’re glad to let you know the items shipped”..... but not apologizing that they shipped 2 weeks late and won’t be here for Christmas and I ordered Christmas sweaters that are now of no use to my friends.. not to mention I don’t have gifts to give them tomorrow. Will never order from here again. Save your money, horrible experience.

A heads up about needing to confirm the artwork before you ship would have been great. Maybe add a couple of prompts for that when the customer purchases instead of just a single email. Now this gift is late for Christmas.

I never got my original order. I ordered it a month ago and it's been sitting at the printer stage for 2 weeks.

"Artist" was incapable of understanding my requests. I'm fairly certain there is just a computer algorithm that plugs images into a template. If their artists are not computers, they're highly untrained. The image came out subpar. Additionally, the order was delayed by over two weeks. They claimed the order would be printed and shipped on Dec 13 - it is now Christmas Eve and it hasn't even been printed yet.

Ordered 11/29. Plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. Website still shows item is “In queue for printing”. For almost two weeks. I contacted the company about the delay and magically I received a tracking number. However, their site still says “in queue for printing”. Item supposedly shipped on 12/15. Both shipping companies said that they do not have the item and with how these bulk shipments are done, it seems the item was never on the pallet to begin with. They told me I needed to contact the company. Contacted crown and paw and was told the shippers are at fault and they will not provide a refund since “the item was shipped”. They also said they’ve updated their rules that you have to wait 12 business days from shipping to contact them. No apologies for the fact that this was orders well before their Christmas deadline and I still have no product. This company will rip you off. Don’t be fooled by the flashy website leading you to believe they are a reputable business.
