Ordering was a bit difficult because the filters don't really filter out great. It would also make it easier if you had more than one pet but not a picture of them together to be able to upload 2 separate photos for one portrait with 2 dogs.

The only criticism I have is your proofing system and delivery time. Your final proofs don’t show the customer exactly how the final product will be cropped, and too much time elapses between the point someone approves and orders a product, and the point it is delivered to the recipient.

Love love love the idea! Wish there we more basic outfits. Maybe it’s just because none really fit my idea. But I was able to find a good one offered.

Great results, but they were slow to generate the images.

It says I can review the art after my purchase but it didn't let me see the outcome after I chose my pictures. Besides that it was great

We are very pleased with our canvas print. The sample sent looked very cut-and-paste, so we were concerned about the quality. However, the final artwork was gorgeously done and quite professional looking. We also paid an extra $10 for a digital copy of the final artwork which was never sent. Time will tell how customer service handles this blip. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and will likely make another.

Pretty easy to order the product! It’s taking a really long time to get processed though - a few days to send the art for a approval, a few days for that to be sent to printing, a few days to get it shipped, and then the days it is shipping. There’s no way easy way to cancel an order either. So hoping the product is good!

I couldn't get a preview so I'm scared it's not going to turn out right. Please crop the face and don't just put the whole picture as the face
