Credit card kept coming back declined when funds available. Ended up paying thru Klarna

Easy to use. Only concern is that posted amount in CAD are actually US dollars so that’s was disappointing. Other than that the website is good,

The picture and canvas itself came out amazing, better than I thought they would, but the mounting brackets on the back were not even close to centered. I am now having trouble moving them without damaging the picture, and I cannot hang it until it’s fixed.

Easy to navigate but the colors & text entries are not easy to read - too light? too pastel? Also, the box on the right that says "gift card", I thought was for a gift message - my error.

So I attempted to place an original order, and my card was declined stating fraud. So naturally I called my credit card company to see why they were declining the transaction for fraud. When I called they said that the website was attempting to place the order through a prohibited country. Especially since the website states that the company is US based. I have placed an order once before with this company with no issue but I thought that this was very strange.

No way to edit options (change photo) from within cart. Made far more difficult to complete order as tried to make best match of photo to product etc, particularly as using different images for different patters to create gifts for sons.

Customer service and being kept updated on the progress was topnotch ! However, the finished canvas was disappointing in that it was so magnified that it did not match the digital photo. A portion of the background was not included which is part of the reason I chose this scene.

I would have liked more choices but did the order on my phone so there may have been more options and I just couldn't find them.
