I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift on November 24th. It finally arrived yesterday, January 18. Blanket looks great, but the website's guarantee that my order was going to arrive by Christmas was just not even close to true. Every time I emailed customer service I got a copy paste response that neither gave me information, or solved any issues I had. After I ordered I was bombarded with promotional emails. Before my order even arrived I had received almost 30 promotional emails. If you don't mind waiting 2 months for your order then this is a great gift idea.

I ordered my canvas on December 9th,2020 and paid extra to have it by/before Christmas. It was not delivered until January 9th, 2021. A month later. This issue did not have anything to do with the couriers, I checked the status of arrival often. The gift itself was great, but I'm very disappointed I paid extra to have it early and it did not come early.

Half my order was missing. I have contacted customer service earlier today. No one from customer service ever contacted me, but I finally did get the second piece.

The delivery time was very very slow and then they weren’t able to deliver the picture. It’s been a month now and we still don’t have our picture.

Ordered my product before Christmas and still have not received it or a response back after reaching out. Way past quoted time for shipping. Hoping I'm still going to get my product.

Use a different website. I’m giving two stars because while making my order I had a few questions and it was extremely hard to reach them, I wish there was a phone number to call so everything on the order is clear. I also received my artwork for approval, clicked on the image and it charged me for the digital download which I did not want? It says the portrait is 49.99 however when I received my approval is said $67, and there’s no way to contest it. Would not by from the again it was such a hassle with a project that was supposed to be enjoyable

Order took a long time, when it finally arrived it was incorrect. I had changed the size I got during the review stage. They sent me an invoice to pay the full price ($99) instead of the difference ($20). That was finally fixed however. But to any of my initial emails Customer service would always auto reply to my emails with a canned response (addressing order delays) that did not address my questions. No phone number to call to address issues that way. Product was good though. Probably won’t use or recommend again based on customer service.

they responded to my messages quickly but the order took a really long time to come and when I finally did get a phone case it was much lower quality than I thought it was going to. the art looks great but the phone case was overpriced for how protective it is.
