Wasn't as happy with this portrait. The one I purchased last year was MUCH better and far more clear. This one is more like a cartoon.

The picture is very cute but I am not sure how I feel about it. The appeal was the character I chose and the finished product is cropped way closer than the image I approved. You can’t see enough of the costume now to know its the Kingslayer. Im a bit disappointed.

Frustrated that I couldn't see it before purchase even though it clearly stated online I could

Not an easy site to navigate. Sorting by gender, number of pets and product did not work at all. The ONLY reason I made a purchase is because I had a gift card.

I ordered digital copies and was charged for shipping. There was no way to change it during the transaction. I think I should be refunded.

The mobile site filter didn't allow me to narrow down the options.
