Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Way too many others that will do a trustworthy job. I ordered a pet picture through crown and paw. They confirmed the order and took my money but never sent me any preview of the picture. I followed up with them and they said their system messed up or some nonsense. It's been a month and still haven't received any preview or the picture.

I bought this for my husband. I sent in my first revision because the artist did a horrible job cropping my dogs heads. They were unproportionate and Luna had a smudge/smear on her face due to cropping and editing the image. The second revision was sent at midnight (11:51pm) on Dec 29. I was on vacation for the holiday with limited access to wifi. Then on Monday morning I tried to respond back to it was automatically approved. I reached out and they said they can't do anything.. but once you send it out and we receive it, they could revise it. Why would you spend the resources to send it out just to have it returned?

There's no real place to sign in, it's just tracking information. The site looks good until you get into it and then it's just a bunch of circular links. And I ordered socks and a sweatshirt. It took weeks to receive the sweatshirt and I still don't have the socks.

I had ordered from this company before and thought the product was very cute. Very expensive but a wonderful idea for a gift. I ordered in plenty of time for their “Christmas delivery guarantee” and then dealt with 4 weeks of total torture. They never printed it, never shipped it, I checked in multiple times just to be lied to about it being sent. I explained that after Christmas there would be no one at the place I shipped to and I would rather get a refund if that was the case. 4 times! Each time they said no problem, it will get there! WELL - it didn’t even ship until 12/29 and arrived to said empty house on Jan 2nd. So it’s basically trash and no one will ever see it. And I was charged the full $50, they denied me a refund because technically it “shipped.” No offer to expedite it, no refund, nothing. They are unapologetic and rude and have clearly gotten away with this kind of behavior before. They literally ruined my Christmas, made a very awkward situation for me about what was a really special and expensive gift and then they received nothing. I’m mortified and angry. Do not do business with this company!

Ordered November 22 a phone case, uploaded photos and approved it a day or so later. It say in queue for printing forever, then when I questioned them miraculously it was shipped and I was given a tracking number that sat in one spot since Dec 19, and now it’s January 1st and I definitely won’t have the gift for Christmas. Their customer support sucks, their shipping sucks, and to be honest this company’s probably a scam.

Another review because this keeps getting better. STILL haven’t received one of my sweaters that was for Christmas. Wasn’t even offered a refund.... just an “aloha” with excuses (even though I ordered wellll before December 10 which was YOUR cut off for guaranteed Christmas delivery) I understand shipping issues were a thing this season but this wasn’t on them- this was YOU not producing my order on time. Horrible experience.

I was told that I would receive the gift in time for Christmas. They then said it would be late. they sent me the same picture that was initially sent with no changes. It's been a week and I still haven't received the gift or information about when it will arrive. For a $54 coffee mug I'm extremely disappointed.

Gift Card amateurs. The order number doesn't exist according to their webpage but the payment sure happened! No emailing of a redeemable number or anything insofar as the gift card goes. So happy to take the $$$ and yet not even a promise of goods (which is what a Gift Card is, at base) delivered. Miserable. Find another service.
