Would like the ability to change background colors of portraits to better fit with the pets fur color, would like to have a better understanding of how the policies work up front before spending hundreds of dollars to be disappointed by each image they send you to review. The ability to try out the portrait with certain photos of your deceased pet to see which image would look better with certain portrait themes before having an artist creates it would be a good idea too. I ended up settling with the final piece they gave me to review. I just hope it turns out better than I’m expecting it will once I receive it.

It would have been nice if you had kept all our purchases in the past on file by purchaser and not order number. I had to hunt for previous order numbers to pull up the two items I wanted to buy

I have ordered from C&P previously. I believe it had just started back then. It is very clear they have either sold to a larger company or the lure of profits have overwhelmed senior leadership. All the add ons and asking to pay more to “skip the line” it’s actually just ridiculous. Also, the foundation of what y’all started with, the period pics and everything are nearly gone… replaced with an inordinate amount of TV show/Star Wars pics … it’s just very different.

You send so many emails once the order is submitted. I like the sweatshirts though

It was hard to find the type of picture that I wanted. The last time i ordered from C&P, they had a filter where I could find certain types of looks. This time it was very hard to filter it for the type of theme I wanted. I don't know what changed on the website.

Overall it was a good experience. It would have been great to be able to search by more categories than price or alphabetical or popularity. It also would be helpful to see a general preview of the art using AI to crop your pet's head onto the artwork, or even manually like you would do if designing a t-shirt. Lastly, for building the brand or to better connect with the staff, let us tell you a brief story about the pet in the order!

I couldn’t figure out how to preview the portrait before placing my order.

The buttons to submit on the various screens are a pale red which makes it look like there is missing information to make it a bright red. Is there anyway to categorize the options by outfit type e.g. - Royal etc
