The ordering process was simple and fast!

Great work, fun present!

The process to choose a style and order was easy and fun… The promo code did not make it to my order for my 30% discount. There was no way to modify the order or a direct link for questions. I found a contact link on the site, however, and received a credit back within 24 hours. That type of service is excellent and rare. Thank you!! The link to my order mostly kept me updated on progress, but when the order was sent to print, there was never a confirmation that it printed or shipped; it just showed up one day… Perhaps because the print was not protected properly for shipping, there is a small dent on the right side. It’s too minor to return, but large enough to catch my eye. Aside of that, the print is wonderful and I really enjoy it!

The site overall is lovely, I just found it hard to navigate using my iPhone, but that said I found what I was looking for, payment and checkout was an absolute breeze. An expanded search functionality using the search bar would be beneficial. Example: being able to search my phone model and seeing the case designs available.

So far no bad experience besides having to upload my photos twice. And I have not yet gotten a preview or my product yet so not really sure how I am supposed to give an accurate review.

It was unclear whether or not the initial cost included a physical product. I went to my custom store and bought the poster for $24.95 after spending almost $70 :-(. The picture is adorable and I’m sure it will be worth it, but I did not expect to spend almost $100.

Quite simple!! Very easy to place an order and know what you are getting. I love that I get to see what the finished product is going to look like before it’s even made and I can suggest changes. If the picture is blurry, it won’t be used. I’ve had other photo gifts and different products and they just went ahead and made it blurry and I had to pay. My only question is if the colors of the template are customizable to my favorite team colors. If not for that question, I’d definitely rate the ease of the website a 5 star. I may have even missed it, I didn’t look too closely for it.
