Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Overall, I love the idea of this. Super cute way to honor your pet. However, I do wish there was software to play with the background and different pictures of your dog. Fluffy dogs are difficult to pick out the best background and picture of them. I revised it 4 or 5 times, I think, and it still wasn't quite right, but the order had to go through.

Really loved it!!

Good, but slow

Nice work on the pic of my dog

This is my second purchase with your company. I’m overall very pleased. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I provided feedback at the time of the Preview, that there was a “void” at the collar of the dress and dog’s neck on the left side, and requested that some of her fur get added there to fill the void. That did not happen; it actually appears that fur was added to the right side (where it was not needed). Overall, it will be fine.

Photo came out fantastic and shipping was prompt. The gift surprise was ruined, however, because my partner googled "Crown & Paw" after seeing it largely labeled on the front of the package. Discrete packaging would be much appreciated.

Received on time and better quality than expected

Product was great, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I don’t think that’s on Crown and Paw, though, more than likely a UPS error. I was really happy with how quickly the art was created and shipped. I ordered it about two weeks before Xmas and it was delivered within 5-6 days of placing order. That’s impressive!
