Haven’t heard anything about my order and never received an order number.

I hate to write a review that isn’t 5 stars. I have attempted to reach customer support multiple times. The email address isn’t valid, there is no number to call and the shortcut review provided has not been fruitful. I placed my order 8 days ago and have not received a confirmation number to track progress or a portrait review. However, I have received 2 emails requesting for Crown and Paw to reviewed. Not a great look. I really hope this all works out as I’ve wanted one for years.

Hi! I just placed an order. I made sure my dog had his hat on in the photo I ordered. I did see on your website photos where the hat or crown was painted on as well. Since I could not preview my photo this was a huge disappointment. I am hoping it comes out correctly with the hat. Also, there was not anywhere to add “comments” to make sure my order is produced the way I intended it. It would be very helping to add in an order form that allows you to specify these things. I would also appreciate being able to see “rough” previews if it were possible. However I do not know the amount of work that goes into these things.

After i placed the photos, then continued with payment i think they should show uploaded pics to so i can feel assured all went thru at least to this point. I read I’m getting an email where i can review before its put to print. Which will be fine. My first order so just hoping i did my share right!! Cant wait to see the product. Surprise for the folks!

It was a bit of a struggle to place my order and once I did, I received an email in less than 24 hours saying that my photos had not been received (although I still don’t understand how I placed an order without photos). I replied with the photos attached and then did not receive a response for several days and multiple messages reaching out to crown and paw for an order status. However, when I did finally receive a response, it was polite, apologetic and included an awesome proof for my order. I know this is a busy time of year and lots to juggle. I’m excited for the art to arrive and hope it meets my expectations! All of my interactions were positive, just need a little work on response time!

Difficult to maneuver around on website. I tried to purchase a throw pillow from my order. It was offered, but when I clicked on it, nothing would happen. and I also have had a difficult time searching through the different poses & themes for the picture. the uploading of the picture is good.

I had so many issues uploading the photos--it took forever and it was as if the website didn't work. Also, there was no preview of the item so I hope I did it right. It was a lot of hassle getting the order placed so I hope the product is good.

Because I could just add 3 of my same order. I had to go thru my choices 3 times for the same print. You need to add a quantity option
