Pillow Gone Wrong - I ordered a pillow for my husband as an anniversary gift. I specifically requested to see the photo proof before they printed the piece. I was NEVER sent a proof and then got an email saying it shipped-When I saw the photo it looked horrible and really creepy. I emailed them and they said that hopefully it will look better in person. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend purchasing from them until they put the ability to see your photo mocked up before you give them $100 or more. I asked for a refund but no one has responded. In theory this is a cute idea but execution is poor. No one should have to buy something custom blind.

Not happy with the pictures I sent them (a 2 pet portrait) so since you’re only allowed to change one bad picture I had to choose which one was the worst. There is absolutely no reason that they should limit the picture change to 1 time only if you’re ordering a portrait with more than one pet in it. If they want to enforce this fine but I won’t recommend them and won’t purchase from them again. So now I’ll have a bad pet portrait that I’m supposed to give to someone as a gift. $90 down the drain. I’ll have to buy a different gift and toss this!

The product looks great, but it was labeled to ship out 6 days later than the ‘queue jump’ range given at time of purchase & arrived 3 days past the birthday for which it was ordered (there was even an additional week of ‘buffer time’ between the birthday and the ‘queue jump’ shipping time frame provided by c&p). C&P self-prescribed the expectations and charged over 30% additional fees without delivering on time. Then, rather than accepting responsibility, blamed the courier services, even though I saw that the shipping label was created nearly a week later than the time frame given at purchase. So, yeah I give good marks for the actual product - but poor marks for delivering on expectations, managing expectations, and professional etiquette. Courier services get a bad enough rap, you don’t need to deflect your shortcomings on them! And remember- my expectations as a customer were directly driven by the information provided by c&p. It’s a bad look, and really makes that queue jump option appear as a shameless margin grab.

Disappointing. The final result looked nothing like the one my friend ordered of my dog for me. The one my friend gave me, she submitted a photo of my dog and the image of the actual dog was altered to look like an actual painting with brush strokes and all. BUT when I ordered one for another friend, having selected the image, all the company had done is cut and paste the photo image to the painting so that when it has been scanned and printed to canvas half looks like a painting (the body) and the other half (the head) literally looks like a shiny photo, the end result looks ridiculous. Not happy! Also when I tried to communicate with the company there has been no reply at all. The service was very prompt to take my money (and its not a cheap service) and very quick to deliver but otherwise I would not use your services again!!!

Seems like graphic designer spends 3 minutes top on the item - will revise if product improves

The picture quality was poor. It looked like an average photoshop off the internet. Not professionally made art. Not worth the price. The review copy was so small I couldn't see how poor the quality was, The item was a gift. You put an invoice with the description on the outside of the box. You charged sales tax. My state doesn't have sales tax. The county sales tax isn't collected on internet sales unless you have a brick & mortar store in the county. Unhappy customer. Wil not use again or recommend.

Left a message that I didn’t like the photo I chose and asked if I could change it. Haven’t heard back and I have no idea what’s happening with my order. To top it off it’s a gift. Unlikely to order again.
