Terrible terrible terrible! Order #558205 First revision - they used another dog’s picture and submitted to me I emailed and corrected them, however, they did not seem to understand despite acknowledging to my email and screwed up the second revision. Mind you, it’s straightforward, I used basic English and told them to use my pet’s picture instead of some other pet. Why would I want a picture of someone else’s dog? Second revision - they used the picture of my pet which I have submitted for another painting, I bought 3 paintings in total. This is sloppy! How can they be so lazy? I have clearly submitted a picture of my pet meant for this particular painting and I have mentioned upteen times to use this picture for this particular painting. Right now I am still awaiting for them to get back to me on this particular painting. It seems like they cannot be bothered to service customers properly? They are ignoring the request i made an forcing me to accept something that I did not pay for! As a customer, I paid for this particular photo of my pet on the painting, however they are giving me other pet’s photos or being sloppy and using the same photos for 2 paintings(which I submitted 2 different photos).

Complete waste time. Took over a dozen pictures and they didn't meet any of their exacting standards whatever those might be. After reading other reviews this is common so if you like trying to get a dog or cat to pose for dozens and dozens picture this service is for you.

I did not like the preview and thought the painting was out of proportion. They didn't respond to my ask and then printed it 2 weeks later and sent it to me.

Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago still haven’t received, contacted them for them to reply that they actually needed to confirm my address. If I had not of contacted them when exactly where they planning on confirming address! Contacted them again a week later to say still no confirmation email to say it’s been sent only to receive a reply saying they will send it to printing shortly. What a joke! Don’t order if you need in a hurry!

I have received an email this morning informing me that "There is a small issue with your order." When I opened the email, I got a sign-in screen, and was informed that I was not using a valid order number. Of course, I had copied and pasted the order number from your own confirmation email, so I'm at a loss to explain how it could be invalid. Since about 7 a.m., however, I haven't even been able to access that sign-in screen, getting only a page telling me, "We're sorry, but something went wrong." All day, the same message, over and over. At this point, I'd be just fine with a refund of my $104.70. Can we arrange this, please?

The shipping and overall purchasing process was fast and easy however, The art preview I was shown for approval did not match the canvas that was recieved. More than half of the background was cut off, the arms and hands which were shown in the preview were not visible in the art that was recieved. I did the Dragon Mother option and because it is soo much black, cutting out the background and the arms and hands made it seem like one big black blob with a dogs face randomly put in the middle.

I ordered my custom pillow over three weeks ago, and never received it. Crown and Paw got back with me quickly to tell me it was shipped 2 weeks ago, but now it is lost in USPS system, and USPS are no help. It was for my son’s birthday, which was yesterday. I would not order from here again. $70 dollars most likely flushed down the drain.

Mon expérience a été un désastre ! J'ai été très surpris et déçu. J'ai commandé sur votre boutique pour offrir votre produit en cadeau de Noël. Le délai d'annonce écrit sur votre site aurait dû le permettre. C'est pourquoi j'ai choisi de passer ma commande le 9 décembre. Puis j'ai reçu un e-mail sous-entendant que je n'aurai pas ma commande sous mon sapin de Noël. J'ai même reçu un e-mail le 11 décembre pour promouvoir vos produits. Et dans cet e-mail, il était spécialement dit que si nous commandions avant aujourd'hui minuit nous pourrions avoir notre commande à temps pour Noël. Donc je ne comprends pas. D'après ce que vous m'aviez expliqué, ce n'est pas bien d'envoyer un tel e-mail alors que vous savez que c'est impossible. Vous devriez au moins avertir vos clients avant, pour éviter qu'ils ne soient déçus de découvrir après qu'ils ne recevront pas leur commande pour Noël ! Pour en rajouter, j'ai reçu un supplément de 9€ à la réception de ma commande alors que j'avais déjà payé près de 10$ de frais de port ! Enfin, l'art ne vaut pas son prix. Les têtes n'étaient pas bien ajustées au corps et les 3 têtes n'étaient pas de la même taille. Commande le 09/12/2021, reçu le 12/01/2022 Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez vous !
