A coworker of mine told me how pleased she was with the work she had done with Crown and Paw two years ago. I remembered her enthusiasm and decided this year that I would place an order. There were some wrinkles to work out after my order was placed. However, communicating with Crown and Paw via email helped to straighten out the issues. I am very pleased with the communication and flexibility to come to a product that I am very anxious to receive. I was very impressed with the service provided.
