I thought the website products were great. I would suggest giving a zoom in feature on pictures. Also, the search engine gets confused on cellular devices. Also maybe lower the cost of digital download. Other than that really enjoyed getting to seek out fun painting options of my cats. Thanks, Laurie Gravengard

Ordering process was very seamless. Even more so than ordering last year. Last year ordered at beginning of December and did not arrive until after Christmas. This year ordered sooner and paid for priority shipping and my order process keeps changing when it was sent to an artist. The date for completion has been changed 3 times now. Makes me in easy that the item will not be here before Christmas a second year in a row. The item is a Christmas sweater that we paid $90 for that would be pointless if it shows up after Christmas.

OK, we love the poster and would have given it 5 stars BUT your packaging was very bad. Such a light weight box and no padding inside. BAD. I know it's not your fault BUT the box was smashed at one part and the poster of my dog as Negan was creased in a couple places. I hope you take this into consideration for the future. I hope the canvas has better packaging because I will send that back if anything is wrong. God bless....

So far so good, just waiting on shipping. It's been a few days and the tracking number hasn't updated yet

I hope I'm wrong, because I really like your products, but it looks like you are having a sale on your items at 30% off, but you have just increased the price of your items by enough to offset any savings. So the mug that I bought for $29.99 before the coupon code is now $39.99. Just don't offer a coupon code if you aren't actually providing any kind of savings to anyone.

I would’ve liked to have seen what the picture would’ve looked like with my pet before actually paying

I ordered a picture still haven't received it, but hopefully it's in the mail. I tried to review and approve my picture, but the order apparently doesn't exist when I try to look at it using the order number. I tried emailing some sort of support, but still haven't received a response yet. Still hopeful!

The setup was very easy. The issue I had is not with the product but when I was submitting for payment. It had shipping at “free” for 1-2 weeks but then changed to $9.95. Being told it was free shipping and then not getting it is bad form.
