Never got my order! Contacted them 3 times!

A good customer who no longer is, the end

On their Instagram page they posted that they now are doing human portraits. They posted the cutest baby ! When I uploaded my picture ( which was a gift) they messaged me a week later saying they can’t accept human pictures.

I ordered a wonderful canvas print from this company a few years ago, but my latest order (we wanted to start a tradition) looked like a child had cut out pictures of the dogs and glued them on to the background. I asked for a redo and finally agreed on 3 astronauts. Despite ordering all the same, 2 came as canvases and one on paper. If it’s new owners, then they need to sort their stuff out. If it’s still the old owners, pull your socks up. That’s bush league!

Very disappointed with hidden fees and poor customer service. Despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee and unlimited "revisions" you will be charged to change the photo or costume if your initial revision still does not line up or match properly (with no guarantee any changes that you pay for will either and they just keep charging you).

You sent us the wrong picture. It was someone else’s dog. Not our cat. What in the world?! Who is running the show there? Teenagers?!? What a crock.

I ordered at the beginning of December with a delivery date of the following week. It took more than a month to arrive and then wasn’t able and be delivered to a standard address. Then I needed to provide a second address for it to be re-shipped to. Overall it took 2 months to get my order.

I have ordered 3 canvases in the past and never had to request a single revision. This experience was horrible. The art work looked awful every single time. When I asked for revisions, I got the exact same artwork back. I will never order from here again.
