The product is a cute idea, but I think it would be better if I was able to upload more than one picture to provide better options or views for the artist to use to complete the picture.

I’ve been contemplating paying the money to do this for awhile. Now I’m wishing I hadn’t. I ordered the poster and it wasn’t exactly rolled, it was almost like it was folded. Creases cracked the picture and are very visible. Will not be ordering again.

I wish it was easier to search for stuff. I just wanted to see the options for pictures, rather than wade through 6 options (mugs, pillows, blankets, etc) for each one. Wish you could just surf picture options, then products under that.

I do like the idea and would use this service more often if it were not for the following 3 things: 1) The review preview is a thumbnail that is too small to observe details. 2) I don't like that I'm paying for something I have not seen yet. 3) I am unable to switch backgrounds in the review process. Since I am paying for something I have not seen, it would be nice to be able to switch backgrounds choice during the review process. I am thankful that I was able to swap pictures.

I like your product so far. I haven't received it yet so I can't comment based on the actual product. I'm just a bit upset about the price change. The price is shown in CAN Canadian dollars. But upon completion I get a message confirming my order that's now showing US American dollars

The site was a tad difficult to use via a mobile device. I also was given free shipping but when I checked out it said it was invalid and made me pay 9.95. So that was disappointing

It’s super annoying that when you think you are getting a good deal, you negate that with a shipping charge that wasn’t there when the order was created initially. I had the free option for shipping, but once I entered the HOLIDAY21 promo code, you took away the free shipping. Just frustrating!

Well its very small for the price..we also ordered a blanket for $50 guess I didn't look at the size..butnit is for a baby not an adult. Great idea,just work on the price.
