I ordered a gift card so I could hand it to someone and say here I got you this and instead you send me a email with a code. What the heck is that. How would you feel if someone handed you a printed off paper with a code on it with zero info as to what the code is for. Thats a joke. I then tried contacting you asking if I could get a real gift card and since you lack of customer service I never received a answer to my question. Thanks. I tried getting my aunt a nice gift for her birthday and that was over a month ago now. Real nice. I got 1 email back with no new info. Alm it had was a order confirmation number 560719 and a link to tracking info that doesn't bring me to any tracking info. Get your stuff together.

How did you guys do? How would I know? I placed an order a century ago and it hasn’t even shipped despite paying for the “expedited” service. Maybe I’ll write another review in another 100 years if and when I receive the item.

The costume was very clear and sharp, but the dogs head appears to be double printed. If the creator could see that they should have suggested another picture. You cannot see the double exposure blurriness in the sample download. I am very unhappy, cannot gift this as intended and I will not recommend this site to anyone. What a devastating let down. A complete was of $90 for nothing.

Extra Fee - no delivery Don't bother if you have any type of deadline. I had ordered socks and had paid the extra fee to jump in front of the queue, because my order was a birthday present. As of right now, my order is still waiting to be printed, even though it should have been shipped last week according to the company's timeline. The socks won't make it on time, if at all.

There was no email suggesting to review the order and was “auto” approved the photo looks horrible and they would not make changes, the email I received was asking to review the company. 10/10 would not recommend. I’m out $40.00 and have a crappy portrait.

I bought a picture in november 20th and I haven't recieved it yet! I have unfortunately experienced several problems: 1. It was supposed to be a christmas present and they sent it a month later after the purchase date! Which resulted that the person I was going to give it to didn't recieve it at christmas. 2. I haven't recieved it yet, it was sent back without my notice - and now I have been writing with them since november... 3. After 5 months, almost 6..I still haven't recieved it yet. They wrote that I can get a replacement because they cannot refund it. Then I agreed on having a replacement and get the gift sent as soon as possible but they haven't answered me on mail for a month now! 4. I have texted 3 times and they haven't answered, I haven't gotten a replacement, they still have my money and I haven't recieved anything.

Never got my order after three months. Genuinely convinced they stole my money and won’t say anything about it.

I previously ordered from you and loved my order so much that I wanted to re-order as a gift. I was never able to check out in my “own shop” as advertised for a cheaper price on Re-order and no waiting. I had to order new again and paid the full price. As much as I love your product. This was stressful and not what was advised.
