My review may change, but as we stand right now I have not approved the order. The first draft sent to me I made a simple correction request, then waited 2 days to see that correction only to find that absolutely nothing had been changed. Now I’m on another 2 days and I’m still waiting to see if they are going to make the change I suggested. The point of me doing this was for a Mother’s Day gift, and at this point there is no way I’m going to get it in time if I get it at all. If my request isn’t made to the order I’m fighting any charge to my credit card.

Super slow response

More than 1 month after, I didn't received my order yet...

I love the product, the website is terrible. Immediately after ordering i got a fraud alert unrelated to my purchase and my debit card was shut off. Again, lovely product. Terrible experience.

Submitted my order over 1 week ago. Still no update that it’s even been started.

Not once or was there anywhere to preview before i purchased. I trust it will look great for my mom☹️☹️

I don't think it looks good. I want my money back. They were supposed to email me a preview for me to approve, but they never did and just auto approved it. Now they are lying, saying they sent me the email and that since I didn't respond there is nothing I can do. I feel like I've just been robbed.

bad shipping time, bad communication, all around a bad experience. wont use this company again
