The website is horrible. I just reviewed, paid, wanted to see the portrait I purchased and it says my order does not exist. Really, I will keep this review as such until I feel better about my purchase. They are not the only ones that do this. Next time I may not be using this company.

Still haven't received portrait after ordering on 7 October - I live in Australia so understand that there are delays at the moment but it's not showing on tracking and my two emails to follow up and ask for assistance have been ignored.

I think the product is way smaller than I thought it would be for the price. Quality isn’t what I thought it would be.

Received my order fairly quickly, but one of the two coffee mugs I received is actually chipped and scratched! That was also the box that wasn’t taped as well as the other. I emailed them so we’ll see how their customer service fairs. I hope this can get resolved before Christmas!

The design is great, unfortunately what let's your customer service down is that I am still waiting for my items to be delivered, it is now 6 weeks and I have still not received my items, one I paid for express delivery. Your support team when I raised this with them advised that would not look into this until 3 weeks later, this is unacceptable customer service. For this reason I would not recommend using your company and would not use you again. There is still no resolution, no care, and a total lack of customer service.

Man, that order process was very difficult. I’ve had custom pet portraits done prior, and it was so much easier. I really hope that the final product looks as good as it does online, because then I’ll be fully satisfied. But it did take me 17 different times to upload my photo. I think it’s because the product I wanted was out of stock but it never said that. But now it’s not available to order so I am thinking that was the glitch. I really wanted a pair of Christmas socks but no matter what color combo I picked, or where I attempted to get the photo from, I could never get it to accept. So I just got the white ones, which are fine because they’re a gift. The shipping charge also seemed kind of high so I figured I’d just go ahead and order a portrait of my cat who passed away last year at 23. She was the most spoiled cat and my best friend. But those luxury trunk pet prints are adorable and I can’t wait to see the finished products. I’m very optimistic!

they sent me an email telling me there was a prblem with my order... asking for my order number and email. however they did not recognize the order number, so i am sitting in limbo

No one makes any reply when you submit revisions to your artwork. And I didn’t notice any significant change in the design. Would be great to have an actual person reply- thought the process would be a bit more personal.
