Can’t even track my follow up order, the first order was wrong to start

The portrait I received was much too dark, to the point where you can't make out my dogs' heads. It was vastly different from the photo I had received for review, and should never have been sent out. I contacted the company about a refund, and they refused. Yesterday I received another copy of my portrait, but it is the EXACT same as the one I got before. No editing had been done at all. I had not been informed that they had sent me another copy beforehand, it just showed up. Also, the package was labelled "Humanitarian Donation", which I *think* may be illegal, but even if it isn't, it's messed up. Just label it as a gift. I am trying to get a refund through paypal, since Crown and Paw's customer service is frustrating to deal with. You get a new person responding every time, and they don't seem to read the previous messages in the email thread.

I was under the impression this was a company here in the u.s.a. I paid extra money to speed up delivery for mothers day but haven't heard anything. I'm going to dispute this order with my bank

After a long waiting time, I only got 1 of 2 Items. And I had to ask PayPal for help.

It took them forever to get it right. It did not ship in time. Don’t pay extra for early shipping, it won’t happen.
