I haven’t received news of my order

Quick, cheap photoshop job. Could have done better myself. Waste of a lot of money.

Neat idea, but execution is nothing like what is advertised, my picture was not blended well at all. Just cut and pasted on top with no real care or proper head orientation. Made my beautiful dog look like a hunchback with no neck.

Well I purchased the product and then after not being able to see what the pictures looked like when they are done before they sent them I wanted to cancel it. I had received emails discussing it would cost $10 to see it and then after I told them I wanted to cancel my order they've NEVER responded back to my 6 or 7 emails!!! There is no 1-800 to call. I know they had not made the picture yet when I canceled it. I'm very frustrated that nobody has gotten back with me AT ALL!! Poor and horrible customer service and I will not order from her again. There is another company that I saw after this that let's you review them for free before sending and irls much cheaper!

I made a mistake and tried to cancel my order and I didn't get any support in timely manner . I still don't know if my order was canceled or not even though I did it within the time allowed to canceled.

This took forever to get here. It said 10 days & my previous orders had been much quicker. I ordered on August 16th & received my order on September 19th. That would have been fine except I missed my friend’s birthday. Still would have been fine except when I received the prints, they were awful. It wasn’t the canvas I was expecting, but I’m guessing I missed that detail when ordering, so that’s not on them. However, the pics are blurry & the quality of the designs look like some high schooler drew them on. If the pics I sent were going to look crappy, I would have rather gotten a head’s up & an opportunity to correct. Now I am late for my friend’s birthday & with a subpar gift. I loved the other two prints I got, but these were awful. Very disappointed.

I got 3 pictures. The first was amazing. The second was horrible. They re-did it for me and it was somehow even more horrible. The third was just ok. So one star just for the crazy inconsistency

Communication has not been great.
