Patience is your best friend
When I first tried to get pictures that I wanted from crown and paw it was a disaster. Gift cards were not working and it seemed that customer experience was not good at their job. Then the head of customer experience helped me with all the problems I had. From there it was quick and easy and the pictures came fast. I fell instantly in love with the pics and everyone that has seen them fell in love as well. Just say patience is a virtue and the reward is sweet
