Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Wanted to have an image for my girlfriend ma dog as a gift told me every picture I had wasn’t good in quality, which tells me there work is all digital not hand done. Found another company that hand paints and done in a faster time. I’m also guessing since they reply only during the night they are an out of USA company. I was very disappointed they couldn’t take a HD picture and make it work.

I’ve been asked to review the product twice before I’ve even seen it, that’s annoying.

I have not received the items I ordered..

Cannot seem to get in touch with anyone, Can't email, essentially, there is no way to effectively communicate with this company. I have questions I can't answer and they won't answer. Then I receive an email stating they have gotten in touch with me and I haven't responded. I have checked all email accounts and searched their name. I just wanted a dogs picture and got tons of aggravation.

I sent over at least 10 photos and you still could not create a design with them. I had to cancel my order.

I ordered my print over a week ago, received order updates for about 3 days when using the lookup app, and now for about the past five, every time I enter my order number, it says the lookup app is "not working." I have emailed the company, got automated responses with no helpful information, and followed directions multiple times to speak to a real representative. After 48 hours, none of my emails have been answered. Additionally, I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have absolutely no idea where my order is, and if it even exists. Beginning to assume this company is a scam.

No phone number to call, need to change the size of my portrait ordered..its been almost 7 hours now since I emailed the address provided and still havnt got a response nor is there any other way to contact.

Incorrect painting. Not what I ordered. Digital print looks like a bad photo shop. NOT HAPPY
