Pretty easy to navigate thru, slot of got picture to choose from!

Easy to place the order

So far, so good. Easy to get around, just a few too many pictures to the page in my opinion. Fewer bigger photos would make it easier to see detail.

We purchased a portrait for our neighbor who absolutely LOVES her dog as a 60th birthday gift. To say she was over the moon was an understatement & she couldn't stop remarking about how perfect the gift was. The only downside was that we had to give her the gift 2 weeks late due to a mix up over our original order. Unfortunately, we received someone else's portrait on the day we were supposed to receive hers (after paying extra to expedite the order). There is no phone number to contact for customer service or issues so it took longer than we had hoped to rectify the mistake.

It is a fantastic idea to make my cat look like the king/Admiral he is! ( haha) I did like the experience of order this to Crown and paw: the delivery was perfect and on time; the only reason I'm not rating them with 5 stars, is because I was not 100% happy with the "facial expression" of my cat: I think they did some retouch on it and his expression got lost on the process; but, I need to admit that they asked me twice for a better quality pic; so that could be my fault and not their. However, they do a fantastic job and I love my cat's portrait. Elizabeth

Quick and easy to order - would be nice to be able to convert USD prices into other international currencies so overseas customers know how much they'll be spending before checkout! Otherwise, a fantastic site :)

I bought two pictures. One is the night king and the other was the lone wolf. Our puppy has ice blue eyes so I thought it would be perfect for the night king but the proportion of his head to the body is off a tad and it’s slightly blurry but this is also the larger canvas. The smaller portrait of the lone wolf is great! He still looks fantastic in both but personally I wouldn’t try to buy the larger size again yet. However I would definitely buy from them again!

Great portrait! Would have liked it better if we could have purchased it framed. Everyone gets a big laugh when they see it. Perfect way to capture the “essence” of your pet.
