Asked for a background that would show our dog better BEFORE purchasing not only did they NOT notify us that they couldn't do the background we asked for but they sent out the one we asked not to have. We cannot even see our dog because it's a dark brown dog on a dark blue background. Contacted customer service and they were very unprofessional and told us basically they sent us what we asked for totally glazing over the fact that we asked for a different background first and then they did not notify us or quality assure that the print looked even decent. Now we have a $90 piece of garbage that everyone kept asking "why is so dark" so we took it down. HUGE waste of time and money. Will definitely will NOT be using these guys again just based on how customer service went.

It just looks like a cheap photoshop of my dog and I’m very disappointed in how it ended up. It looks like something I could do.

Very concerned about the whole process, money has been taken form my account but there appears to be no evidence of an order? Communication has been very poor surrounding the item purchased. Very disappointed and worried about the authenticity of this company.

Probably shouldn’t send a review request prior to the customer getting the product purchased. It’s going on 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my item. Every time I check the status of my shipment, it’s states, “Printing and packaging.” Better communication would be better since this is very long time to wait on an item with not hearing anything.

I received a discount code offer for your product. I was placing my order, following the directions on each screen and it indicated that there would be a spot to apply any discount on the following screen, however there was not in my order went through with no discount.

Faulty website. I tried three times to pay, and the final time gave up, only to find my money had been taken. Now arguing with them about getting my money back.

Super sad I waited for it over a month just to get something that looked like a rookie photoshop. Soooooo sad:(

I’ve sent 3 emails in regards to an order error and I’m really hoping for a response soon! I need help PLEASE!
