Not as good as I thought. Made an order online 1 week ago. I did not receive any confirmation email or order number to check the status. The money came right out of account the day I ordered though. All I get are emails asking me to rate this company so I am finally rating it after not getting any confirmation of my order.

Very sad to receive my digital image before the canvas arrives as I was hoping it was going to look as professional as the ones seen online but it looks like something I could easily do myself. His head looks too small & not properly placed. Very disappointed as was hoping to have my other 3 dogs & cat done. Very disappointed

I like specific frames so I didn’t order the canvas just the regular portrait so I could frame it myself to match the gallery wall I already have in my home. The picture came and it looks like something I could’ve cut copied and paste on my own computer. Very cheap looking! definitely not worth the money, like I said I could’ve done something like this at home. Maybe the canvas orders are different but they should definitely tell you that cause mine looks nothing like the ones I’ve seen advertised and you can’t leave a bad review on their website

Didn’t honor their discount and stopped responding to my emails after telling me they’d get back to me about a refund. Paid over $110 for noting and will be filing a claim with my bank.

Ok-all you’ve done is taken my order. You haven't sent notification of shipping- you’ve sent no preview of my finished product-what exactly am I evaluating? Your acknowledgement of my order? A review should be post order when I actually have an item combined with service to get it to to review. A little confused.

Money has been taken however they claim they have no record of my order. Appalling customer service, takes days for them to respond if at all.

Had problems with photos, and nearly no customer service support made it impossible to get our pictures. We cancelled the order and had to fight to get a refund...very frustrating to say the least!
