i have not received my order as yet but looking forward to getting it its a gift for my mum as she losted her beloved dogs this year

I really love the concept and love my canvas! I think the dog to outfit proportion could have been a little more fine tuned, but I still love it. I also chose the upgraded production time after seeing other reviewers complain about the length of ship time. It arrived just at the max time allotted for that option. While I liked having that option, I kinda felt like it was a bit scammy to pay to jump the line. But in the end, in was my choice and my impatience won :).

The process was easy and intuitive, and the site gave thorough, helpful advice about choosing the right images. I wish there were a way to preview before finalizing (even if it's a rough mock-up), but other than that, it was a superior user experience.

The website was easy to use but upon checkout either there was no where to put the discount code or it wasn’t easy to find because I didn’t see it anywhere. Was thankful that PayPal was an option for payment.

I like the website and only had a couple hiccups. The little corner pop-ups notifying me that someone else placed an order became annoying and got in the way a little bit. Also, while placing my order the webpage froze with a spinning circle. I had to refresh the screen and restart, but I was nervous that I would be charged twice for my order as I wasn’t sure the first one went through successfully.

I think being able to submit multiple pics of your pet would be useful. Would be able to capture all angles to ensure accuracy. Otherwise the experience was great!

The placing of the order and uploading my photo was very easy. Once the order was placed and I tried to pay I had to try 3 times before it would process the information. It made me uncomfortable to put in my credit card so many times but it looks like it was all good and I haven’t seen multiple charges on my card.
