I have emailed MULTIPLE times with no answer!!! So angry. It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered! I paid for 1-3 week delivery!!

I was so excited to order this, and so disappointed upon its arrival. For 50$, I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect my bfs cats head to not appear distorted, or pixilated. If the photo I sent wasn't good quality, then they should have emailed me and explained it wasn't a great quality photo, because then I could have corrected the situation. Instead, I have a cheap, glossy, poorly done photo to give to my significant other on Christmas. I can't give this to him, it's embarrassing.

NEVER buy from this store. I bought a product of this store on September 17, as of November 11 I still haven't received it. I even paid FULLY TRACKED SHIPPING + QUEUE JUMP ARTWORK CREATION (2-3 WEEKS) and no word from the store besides demanding a full review. Support stopped responding after initially just sending me the tracking link with no progress for more than 4 weeks.

It's not even a canvas, every picture on the website shows a much better product than I received. I could have made a better version of what I got myself.

WHERE'S MY ORDER? Concerned that information says my product will be shipped in 3-5 business days. It is NOW TEN BUSINESS DAYS since I placed my order. Tried tracking, it said it's not available yet. DUH. No way to CALL. Sent an email. No other options to check whether my order has been ignored or lost unless I hop a plane and fly to CA......sucks.

Short version: The website lied about how they work; I'm starting to think it was a scam. Long version: The website says that I will be emailed a preview of what my artwork will look like within 24 hours, or something like that... it has been 2 and a half weeks and I've only received emails to buy more products. I havent even recieved an tracking number- so my art work hasn't been shipped yet (I'm guessing.) I did email the support and they responded somewhat quickly, they said that they have such a high demand so it might take longer to receive my art and that I should trust their artists. I am very worried that this is a scam and I will never get what I ordered. Today, I saw an ad for Crown & Paw and I read the comments... Crown & Paw replied to someone saying that they finish the art work in 2-10 days then they ship it. Again, it has been 2.5 weeks and I havent received any tracking numbers.

I have sent numerous emails to company with no response at all concerning my purchase. I have asked questions on Facebook and Instagram trying to get response nothing. I am wondering if this site is a scam.

I received my painting. Only to find out it’s a print??? Most likely done on the computer and not actually painted. It cost me almost 100 Canadian dollars. I was expecting a canvas painting.
