Your product looks great. But the picture was broken during delivery. Unfortunately I only saw after a while cause I didn't open the package.

I have just opened my picture and the cats face is out of focus, I was expecting a preview photo to be honest or an email to let me know that the photo I had provided was unsuitable so as far as I'm concerned it's a complete waste of money, I will put it in the bin as I am completely unsatisfied and it's a waste of money that I do not have spare. I have used another firm for a different photo of another cat and they sent me a 'proof' photo which was perfect the UK based firm is called Purr & Mutt so bitterly disappointed with this Crown & Paws effort

Very poor communication from these guys. I waited a few weeks for my tracking info, then finally contacted them. They sent me a tracking number which says the item has yet to be shipped. I've emailed them multiple times, asking them to clarify...no response. I'll be calling my credit card company to reverse the charges soon. No choice. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money on this company.

I've been waiting to know where is my package for a week and a half and I ALWAYS get the same useless answer. They don't even read my emails properly. The package has been in my country for 17 days and they're not capable of telling me who has the package or the tracking number for me to check the status of the shipment in the local post office.

Terrible communication. Still awaiting refund for image they were unable to provide. It’s been one month since I ordered and I have been ghosted.

I will never be buying from them again, im no expert in paintings.... but if you look on their website all the pictures of the pet and their canvas look high quality and the pets faces actually look painted high quality and original... the 2 portraits i ordered however are cheap looking, the faces aren’t painted they are just a copy paste, they literally just cut out my cats faces and pasted it on a canvas, i could have done the same thing for free on my computer.. the only problem is that they do state on their website that they do not paint from scratch BUT all the pets faces on their website look painted and high quality.... it cost me 119$ cad for two cheap looking canvases... i highly recommend you do not buy their cheap quality product save your money because you could do the same job yourself for alot less money

Sent 6 emails and Facebook messages- my painting never arrived. Disputed on my credit card to get my money back after 2 months of waiting and emailing.

This is a complete waste of time and a scam. I just reversed the charge on my credit card after receiving nothing but automated requests for additional photos (I sent 9 with no human response) over a two month period. The phone number is also a Google Voice number that will never get you to a human.
